A Day in Naive Bloggers Life – Part 1(Info-graphics)

You could relate this post to my daily routine. I feel this one common among most of the starters. This is a Series which I have started and will continue to add-on to this, as and when I come across different situations and ideas.

  1. LOL, Love it Sapna, I hope to start creating some soon too. I just found a tutorial yesterday that I saved for it. Isn’t it funny how bloggers wait for comments? And then one day all of a sudden they start coming :)

  2. So I thought this was cute and figured I would leave a comment so you can be excited like your info-graphics depict. ;-) It IS cute, btw.

  3. Your infographic is to the point. Happens to all of us. As soon as the alarm clock goes, the hand automatically goes to the “on button” without looking. Although comments is not exactly a sign of success, it does show that people are visiting the site, its something of an approval that your commentators have acknowledged the masterpiece you created. Very funny infographic. Well done!

  4. Hi Lisa,

I suggest you to add more text content for this post as when google crawls it takes care of only text but not the images.

    Thanks,

  5. Hi Sapna,

Love it!…This is a very truthful interpretation of exactly what is going on with a new blogger. This describes me to a tee!
I agree with the suggestion above about the content being longer so you get crawled and have a better chance of ranking…you could also put this into a video!
    All in all very entertaining.
    I loved it.

  8. Sapna, very creative!

yes, i think we all can relate to waiting for comments. The key to blogging is to rejoice in the blogging activity. Just to make it fun. The miracle will happen when we build out friendship bank, so others can start coming according to the law of social being. Great job, Sapna1 Very impressed.

Thanks for that. I thought that this piece of information can be shared well with graphics. Rejoicing is really the motivation factor. So true miracle will happen but we need to be very consistent with whatever we are doing.
I am really happy that you could relate to this.

Thanks for stopping by and adding value and sharing your thoughts.

  9. I absolutely love this infographic, Sapna – I’ve seen a few quite confusing ones recently, but this one’s just fab!

For me, you’d have to add a picture of me walking my dogs, because that’s usually when I plan my posts – otherwise, it’s exactly how it is,

Thank you for making me smile!

  10. Hi Sapna,

Ha ha that’s nice and some of ‘em made me smile :) Nice to see you getting on with Infographics. Absolutely, infographics about info and graphics. If all images and details was in a graphic, I think people can easily pin or share your infographic as a whole :) Well the problem comes up when finding free-to-use images online as I think.

Well, I can relate to some but now I rushing to mobile as I play some favorite games on it before get to PC as I sleep in the day and awake overnight ;) Actually I’m not thinking about what to write mostly as I get clues as I read, get queries from readers or suddenly pop up ideas sometimes. But think more about future plans and how to make it better for readers and clients ;)

Mmm… Rushing to comment? Not much, I’d rather relax. When I see new post up on Facebook I tend to go else later on go through the list of blogs I visit or when someone stop by :) Mostly I do hangout with friends on Social Media rather than commenting on blogs though :)

    Keep ‘em coming dear :)

    Cheers…

Thanks for that. I always believe that picture speaks louder than words so thought of giving it a try and I know my mindset as naive blogger so thought possibly other novice might also be doing the same.

True we all are always working on how to give better content to readers so that they can really enjoy and learn.

Thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts, always the lengthy one.

  16. Hi Sapna,
I had a serious laugh reading this post. It kind of reminds me of my point on the post linked in Comment Luv below.

Its not just you: for most bloggers, that is the true profile of their daily routine. It comes to a point when bloggers have to ask themselves: what am I going after? Am I on a treadmill or actually making progress?

Great job with the infographic. :)

Sometimes looking at pictures remind me of how true it is that a picture speaks louder than a thousand words.

I really like the pragmatic approach of yours, at the end of day the bottom line is to be seen and I totally believe in that but this can be the starting point for that, I feel.

There is no doubt that picture speaks louder than words.

  23. Hi Sapna, I love this Infographic. Brilliant, true and adorable. Do you wake up and decide what to write and then write it? I plan my topics in advance (unless there is late-breaking tech news like Google Maps coming to the iPhone last week) and write the day before at least. If I write the day of the post, then I struggle. I really admire writers like you who can just sit down, write and publish.

    Well done!

I wonder too as to how can you write just a few hours before publishing – Gosh! I can never think of doing that :)

Yes, unless it’s a very light topic, though i rarely have those kinds on my blog – but otherwise too, I need 2-3 days in advance to chalk out all the details and give it all a final and worthwhile reading before putting it up.

  28. Hi Sapna,

I loved this one! I have experienced such things many times! One time I experienced this was with a guest post I wrote at the blog of a very popular blogger, earlier in the year. After I had written the post, for about 1 day there were no comments. I thought the post had bombed really badly. On the second day the comments started and by the end of the week the post had over 70 comments!

    • HI Hiten

Thanks for that. Glad you could relate this. This is my personal experience and I thought of sharing this with everyone and I think most of my friends have been able to relate with this.

So it’s very true now that we look for comments otherwise the post appears to be Ghostland.
