Easy Way to Backup your Data on Window 7

If you want to get rid of the third party tools for Data back from your system which is running on Windows 7 operating system, then you should explore the Backup and restore tool provided by Windows 7.

I was using the third party tools to take the back of my system on regular basis. But in Windows 7, I was introduced to the inbuilt tool for regular backup of my important data. It has got really the robust system for data back.

I want to share this with you:

Step 1

Go to Start button and type “backup” and select the option “Backup and Restore”, alternatively you can click Start button-> Click Control Panel -> Click System and Maintenance -> Click Backup and Restore

Step 2

Click “Set up backup”

 

The following Screen pops up

After that you move to the following screen:

Step 3

Select the drive where you want to save your backup and press Next button.

Step 4

Choose what you want to backup, you can either let windows to choose or you can also make your own choice, I have selected the first option:
After that press Next button

Step 5

The following screen pops up, here you can review your backup settings and also can  also modify the schedule as per your requirement by clicking “Change schedule”

Step 6

The following screen pops up, here you can change the backup plan as per your requirement:

Press OK and you will be on Final screen.

Step 7

Press Save Settings and run backup

Vow you are through with your backup.
